Workout Recap – 5.18.11
10 miler – amazing run. I felt great! Especially considering I drank 3 glasses of red wine last night, went to bed at 2:30am… woke up at 4:30 to eat a banana and some pretzels, blog and then went back to bed for another 3 hours. Not too shabby! Valley Forge is full of hills, which is great practice for SD. I started out feeling really good and strong and finished up kickin’ it. One reason, I was trying to beat the rain because it looked like it was about to pour. So I did a loop around part of the park which is about 5.6ish miles and then did an out and back.
