Cherries are Good for Your Joints
Don’t think this is exactly what they meant but hey, it can’t hurt!! Ha. Frozen cherries are great in smoothies and they really are good for your joints (if you eat them). Tons of antioxidants, fiber… and they are fun. Since I like using frozen fruits and veggies as my ice packs I pulled out the cherries tonight for good measure. Oh, and they also taste good in red wine – score!
