What to do when you are feeling crappy about yourself? Do something nice for someone else. I’ve given blood once before in college. And I’d love to be able to do it on a regular basis but I usually don’t meet the weight requirements. Unfortunately tapertime and post marathon/stress eating has gotten me close (gross, and I’ll talk about this later). Anyway… why not use that as a good thing and turn something positive out of my recent negativity. So here’s to Thursday…
