Triple Threat

Hill work, trails with hills, and TRX is a good equation for super sore legs. I feel muscles I haven’t felt in a while… and that’s a great feeling. Except when it keeps you up at night. Oh well pain equals gain – sometimes.

So another triplet yesterday was this little guy came in the mail! Perfect timing to cheer me up on a crappy day. There’s nothing better than getting a medal for doing absolutely nothing, except maybe being a bratt for a week. Or… running three of the RnR series in one calendar year. Pretty cool. SD, Chi-town and Miami.
